If Phil Jackson is just looking for another coach to run the system he wants, the Knicks are going to be in a perpetual cycle of suck.

There are so many elements of the triangle that the Knicks personnel just doesn't match. Phil needs to work on assembling the best roster of talent possible and letting the Coaching Staff figure out a way to maximize the talent.

Mike Conley should be their top priority. Put him in a P&R with KP and that could be dynamic.

The Knicks just need a personnel overhaul first and foremost. Afflalo is likely gone after the season. The Knicks have a ton of major needs. They don't have an identity.
