The Miami Heat were a non-factor to the Bulls dynasty... 1-10 in lifetime playoff games as a franchise against MJ.

The Pacers, on the other hand, came within minutes on ending Jordan's Bulls career 8m Game 7 in 1998...

If it wasn't for the brawl in Detroit when the NBA ultimately decided they needed to do a better job at marketing star power, the Miami Heat would still be a nothing franchise today.

They owe their whole franchise to that one incident..

Stupid take.

What happened in the 90s has almost no impact in the last 20 years.

His obsession with the heat is the strangest thing on this board. Heat fans literally doesn't care about the Pacers. There is no difference between the Pacers and a team like Toronto

Cane thinks this is one of those boards where posters talk shit and fight and 'hate' other teams, and maybe it was like that once but now it's basically 10 people who all pretty closely follow the NBA and are all way too old for stupid feuds like that.

He's a weird dude but harmless and sometimes makes good posts.

Well, gotta hand it to Cane...just when I think he can't possibly come up with a dumber take than his last...he manages to do just that.

Startin' to think it's his superpower.

I remember being a Heat fan in the 90’s and just having no hope in the playoffs vs MJ. Those Heat-Knicks playoff battles were crazy though.

It really is no wonder that Heat retired MJ’s jersey in spite the fact he was never technically employed by them… He had complete and utter ownage of their whole franchise during postseason play.

No seriously, Jordan’s jersey really is retired by the Heat… Look it up.
