What you guys don't realize is that Kc is not going to accept any offer from the skins right now unless its a huge overpay. He has all the leverage and has a shot like D. Carr to hit it big in FA in 2018. So why sign now? Even if the Skins offer him a fair offer I think he turns it down to become a FA.
