I think that the sky is the limit with Nebrasketball. We are not going to put this much time and money into it to fail. I have said that it will take one big time recruit to really get this ball bouncing.

Huge hire.

Hunter is a big name in the recruiting grounds that the Big 10 has rolled into in the newfound recruiting areas of DC/Maryland/Upper East Coast areas including Virginia.

He landed a number of big names for Georgetown.

As good a hire as Tim Miles could bring in, and brings big time AAU connections from the East Coast.

For some kind of perspective, this would be like Kentucky hiring Marrow with 10fold the recruiting moxy and connections.

It is a big deal. And if our Huskers are going to make a splash, the '14 class is where it's at. Smiles has admitted as much indirectly. Maybe directly, I've not kept up with all the press the last few months..

Fact is, Coach needs some studs and they're not on the roster right now.

Not knocking the kids on board, but they need some help.
