Made a mess of this league last year. Trying to get cute mid season, after an already bad inaugural draft. Got to the semi's, but blew it. Let me with a shit roster.

We have to keep 8 (first 8 picks)

Bell, Cohen,
Dez, Hogan
Eifert, OJ Howard

...yes, they were my best options... no, this isn't a 30 team league, it's 12.

Interesting names not kept...
Some high end DL, JJ Watt, Chandler Jones, Calais Campbell, Aaron Donald
Demaryius and Cobb are the highest WR
Lynch the only "note worthy" RB (although less so in PPR)

with these names in mind, how do you rank the top 16 (1.9 and 2.4)?

Each team keeps 8, 12 teams, but some IDP kept..so what, roughly the top 60-70 guys gone, right?
Rookie draft separate or no? If not, my top 8 for you would be all rooks, Barkley, Freeman, Chubb, Penny, Michel, DJ Moore, Ridley, Sutton. But you draft #9, so, DT would be my top target, then Cobb, Gallup, Lynch.

Hard to say after that, ADP says guys like Robbie Anderson, Cooper Kupp, Peyton Barber, Funchess, Crow..should all be around after the top 70 or so are gone, but I would think you'd have mentioned at least a few of these guys if they were available.

Eww.... I guess the rookie RBs have to be in the mix. DT is up there. Without scouring through a list that's the best I can come up with. I don't think you need to worry about defense yet with the need to improve your offense. How the hell did you make it to the playoffs?

Can you trade Bell for a few 2nd tier guys with upside?

I really don't know. Bell averaged 28 ppg from week 12-16. A few sack crazy games (Bruce Irvin, I think)
