Not exactly answering my question (re: Orlando), but OK...

That Miami first is 2021, not sure how much that moves the needle. Will the Sixers actually offer that? The Lakers' offer will likely have to start with Ingram/picks and move up from there if needed.

Covington is a nice piece, but I don't think he's a big trade chip necessarily. Sixers have been loathe to include Saric yet per the rumors. Haven't heard much about Fultz.

If they don't want Ball then they don't want Fultz. Still, if the Lakers and Celtics are unwilling to move guys like Brown and Ingram then the Philly deal might actually get taken.

Lakers will move Ingram if they haven't offered him already. If the plan were to come to fruition, where would Ingram get his minutes behind Kawhi, George, and Lebron?

With those 3 it would be tough. You'd probably need LeBron at 1 and Kawhi at 4 with Ingram at the 2.

They could skip signing George though, LeBron at 1, Ingram at 2, Kawhi at 3. Maybe use that money for a better bench or Boogie Cousins for less than max money? Ingram is only going to make around 5 mil next season, not as good as George (...yet) but certainly nice for that money.
