One article I've read says that prosecutors reviewed the video and determined they would not prosecute anyone involved.

The fact he felt the need to keep coming back to engage her & get physical. Then the shove down at the end with his foot, pretty much seals the deal that the NFL will be coming after him. I am pretty sure 6 games will probably be the least he gets. I dont think he gets cut however like Foster did. No way they take backlash for not doing something.
