Well no one figured him out and we all know he is the MVP. What is lost in all of this is what Pence did offensively but that truly was dwarfed by Bumgarners performance.

I thought the one who slid into 1st should have been safe. I think he tied the throw. I didn't see what the commentators saw and I'm no expert.

For that triple, I think it would have been too much of a gamble in a situation that would have cost them the game. It was too little of a chance to go for it.

I thought the same thing. Buy there was a super slo-mo shot where it was obvious he was out. That's not the shot they were showing when they were talking about how obvious it was he was out though.
