Moreland frustrated me more than any other b/c he knew he was a much better hitter when he used the alleys, admitted it repeatedly, yet he go months at a time and look a whole lot like Gallo. It never ceased to amaze me how often he'd do this.

I always wondered, "if you know you're a better hitter by doing this, and you've seen yourself succeed in doing so, why wouldn't you want to do this all the time?" I'll never understand that.

All the more reason to change a bunch of our coaches in the off-season.

Moreland had 1 swing , and it drove me crazy. It was soooo predictable.
He started his swing from his ankles on an upward trajectory at about 60 degrees.....he had only 1 opportunity to hit the ball if it was thrown in that exact location only!......Much like Freddy Freeman, although Freddy can make adjustments whereas Moreland never did.....
