Total huckster. He was plugging 3 different products and 5 different podcasts and wouldn’t stop naming them the entire episode. He also kept fiddling with his phone the whole time and even took a call!!

however, when the topic got on workout routines, he calmed down and became a human being who clearly wasn’t a total idiot. I have no interest when Joe goes off on his workout rants, but it was interesting to see AB actually talk from a place of expertise and show off his intelligence.

1:45:00 all for about 10 mins of gold from AB was not worth it, though. Bad episode, bad guest.

Heard him on Art Bell in early 2000’s. He wasnt impressive, seemed to be very full of himself.
