It's easy to point a finger when you've never been addicted to anything. Cigarettes, Alcohol, Drugs.

I must be an addict .....I take 13 prescription drugs and inject insulin 5 times a day.

I think the Pats are fucked now.

Gronk is playing like an ancient Jason Witten, no Gordon, the wrong Georgia running back (the fragile one), etc.

They might not even beat Buffalo this weekend.

So I am supposed to solve his issue? The only one who can solve the issue is the rule breaker. It has nothing to do with me. So yes... :nono:

We're not talking about Pookie with the crack pipe here.

Or maybe something happened to the rule breaker in his life that turned him to "those crutches"?

I can sympathize with Gordon because a few turns in my life and I could be right where he is.

He's got too long of a history.
Expelled from high school
Suspended from college
Caught selling weed

I agree but I wanna be clear...

Josh Gordon... guilty
Aaron Hernandez... innocent

Seeing a pattern, but it supports both my and your argument.

Good try

This is all due to a misunderstanding.
He thought it was OK to play on grass as well as turf.

Not disagreeing with the fact that he is guilty.

My argument is let's find out why instead Jugde

Haha

I agree with you 100%. I was messing with @Myles because he face palmed my previous AH post... he missed the joke.

Gordon has had problems since jr high. Obviously it’s much deeper than simply wanting to get high

Blessed with talents to be an NFL player and wasted that away because dude is addicted to something. Many people would love to be in his position as an NFL player. Addiction is a sickness man. What a shame.

I ask people to not be so harsh when it comes to this its obvious this man has an addiction and it seems like he is losing his battle. A psychiatrist told me when you have a problem and you are willing to give up your career to satisfy it there is a sickness. To me guys like Leveon Bell and others who smoke just to party are idiots.

This man should walk away from football at this point honestly

I think it goes w/o saying that you have a serious problem if a habit of any kind cost you your job.

My good friend wife is (was, she just retired) clinical therapist for the VA hospital downtown. The vast majority of her clients are war veterans that are strung out on some kind of street or prescription drug...heroin, crack, meth, alcohol, opioids...most of them. Very few if any, she said are hooked on pot.

That's fine.

For the record, I made bad decisions in relation to substances when I was younger and I had to suffer the consequences. I didn't expect or want sympathy from anybody because I knew it was all on me. The big difference is, it didn't take me 3 or 4 times to figure it out. And, I didn't have life long security in the balance.

You can call it a disease or substance abuse or whatever you want. When you don't have the will power to change, especially when you have unlimited resources to help you, you are simply selfish and weak.

He doesn't deserve to play in the NFL.
