the thing is, McCown can go back to grocery duty and no team is gonna sign him. Edwards at least gives a change of pace quarterback with some experience. If Cutler goes down, no way McCown takes this team anywhere.

It's funny you would bump this. I was literally looking back at these threads yesterday and laughing to myself.

It always happens. The nfl season is always hard to predict. Very seldom does it go according to the way you would expect. Going in I always think the Bears are gonna be 16-0. But in reality it never happens. I then hope they win all home games and at very least 4-4 on the road. And always an injury free season
