too early for that
Its not too early for that. He is in over his head. Doesn't mean he can't work his way out of it. Gibbs was in over his head year 1 for the first half of the season.
My concern is he has quit.
By far the worst head coach in the league. I wouldn't blame Synder for cleaning house.
Synder didn't clean house. Hazlett is still here.
He said himself he was in over his head. The difference was that Cooke came to him and told him he had complete confidence in him and he said it made all the difference in the world. He settled down and started to be a HC.
I never compared Gruden to Gibbs, I stated a fact. Sorry if it hurt your feelings.
When I say clean house. I mean front office people too like Allen. The new coach is going to want a new Qb and his name is Winston.

OK so we fire Gruden and Haslett, we keep Allen and RG3 (because you know Dan is now STILL thinking its not the QB that is a part of the problem).......
Who do we bring in as coach?? Who would be willing to take this job?? If Gruden is fired and Griffin retained and once again named the starter, Art Briles will be the guy they go after.
Briles wants nothing to do with this mess. He basically said so last year. He is a God in Waco. Why mess that up?
no one will take the job that would make a difference if you keep changing coaches like under wear
