Well good news is our current OC likely isn’t getting any head-coaching offers for the foreseeable future so as long as he’s somewhat competent he’ll be around for at least a few years.

Be careful, the Raiders have a thing for signing Broncos assistants that aren't really head coaches.

Like our OC this year much more than last year... Much more experience and has a good resume. Just hasn't been a good HC which is fine, because well... He isn't our HC

Well I think Scangarello being so new hurt him the most. He doesn’t have the experience that Schurmur does. I don’t foresee an even more veteran and experienced head coach getting fired this year that we really want as an OC over Schurmur.

Scangarello has a chance in the future to make a name for himself. He did a great job during the week designing plays that led to success. His problem was once he got off the script he had no clue on situational football. He also reached a point of being so conservative that it almost cost us a few games. Kind of reminds me of Del Rio coaching the defense of once the team got a lead he went into ultra conservative mode. Thankfully the Broncos had Peyton Manning to cover up some of that.
