Do you guy's think Kneel's suspension was only 5 games partly because you can't tell 100% for sure if he did it on purpose?

It looks like about a 95% likelihood he kneew exactly what he was doing, but maybe the cap of 5 games is appropriate giving that you can't be completely sure of his shintentions. I think that was probably a key factor here.

Don't be so combative. Eloco's convinced Neal did it on purpose, he's just saying there's enough for appeal lawyers to challenge the suspension with.

He is a lawyer, after all, and knows how they operate.

Jones said he would not drop the gloves after giving a clean hit and and in great Roenick fashion he agreed with Byslma that for hit you shouldn't drop but the gloves but if someone challenges you, you should? HUH?

Like I said - there is not an overt act. Though it's pretty hard to take several strides and not at least notice a full grown man (or partially grown in this case ) laying in front of you on the ice.
