Here's my list of Thai go to's: keep in mind not in one sitting and rarely do I eat dessert. Neither of my 5 are diet friendly. I prefer not dieting but eating wisely, combined with a good fitness routine. Got to fuel the body

App Moo Daddiao (Sundried pork or beef.

Veg Phad Pak Fai Dang (Stir fried watercress with garlic)

Starch Cao Phad (Thai fried rice, they know how to do it)

Meat Cao Soi (Northern Thai noodles with chicken in a curry style soup. Delicious, one of my favorite dishes)

Dessert coconut ice cream. Many would choose mango sticky rice but that's too sweet for me.

You don't know what you're missing
Ehh...

When Reb says perfect meal, Oriental would not be my go to. A Wagyu Ribeye. Mm With a lobster tail and it gets no better.

But hey, I'm just glad you like it.

Besides American, Italian food would be my go to for outright eating pleasure.
Mexican would be my choice for daily eating. Damn I love a taco. And a Burrito. And an enchilada. And a Tamale. Chimichangas...whoo! They all gotta have some tomatillo sauce.

Good Chinese is hard to find here but I used to love that back on the east coast. Here they have a lot of Korean, Thai and Vietnamese food. I'm just ok with it.

He'll, I love all kinds of food. But living overseas now I've cut way back on my beef consumption. Been lucky enough to travel the world and eat its fine cuisine. Every place has at least something you can enjoy. We'll maybe not Romania, I didn't care for theirs much.

Two egg bites (eggs, green and red peppers, onions) Baked in a muffin tin. One zucchini chocolate chip muffin *Ground oat flour) and two cups of Ethiopian/Cuban coffee. Diet says I can also have a half cup of yogurt. Save it for later. Blood sugar down from the mid 150s to 119. _

Coffee with ghee and cream for breakfast.

Lunch will be a hamburger patty that I grilled last night. I mix an egg in with every lb of ground beef. Grass fed beef.
And some zucchini.

Dinner will be ribeye and summer squash.
Popcorn for a late night snack if I can't hold out. Buttered with yeast, organic cheddar powder and salt. I'm thinking I might mince some garlic and sauté it in butter, use that with powdered parmesan...
