OD should stop talking basketball.

Wade isn't the Wade from 2006 but he is far from washed up....not close
you honestly think Wade is going to be a huge contributor in the coming years? Maybe 1 more year, but he is getting old. Also, when you're his age and expected to carry a large load of the team, it ages you even faster. Max contract for Wade is a bad idea.

None of that makes him washed up. He's still hyper efficient. Miami kinda owes the guy and they were able to pay Dragic.

Wade doesn't have to carry them with Bosh, Dragic, Whiteside, Deng and Winslow. That's a great group.

He won't have to carry anything.
Plus, he'll have Dragic running the show.
He can just find ways to come off of screens, etc..to get the ball close to the rim vs having to try to dribble vs double teams.

Wade had a "healthy" year according to Heat fans last year and he missed 20 games. That should tell you something.

No real idea why he suddenly had hamstring issues, but hopefully they figured it out.

Any idea why Kyries knees are falling apart when he's in his mid 20's?

Wade will so much more effective playing along side Dragic.
Perfect pieces to the puzzle.

If memory serves, approximately half of those games were planned for Wade to sit out.

Kyrie hasn't played a full season since his junior year of high school. Seems like that should tell you something.

BTW, LeBron missed 13, then busted his tail again through another failed extended playoff run...
He's been very fortunate, partly because he takes great of his body, but his turn is coming.

LOL "falling apart"?

the dude played some of the most minutes in the NBA this season and started 75 games- and a handful of those games he missed at the end when everyone was sitting. On top of that- Kyrie does not have any chronic issues as his knee will be 100% going forward. He wasnt goaded into having his meniscus taken out by management like Wade was an suffered irreversible damage.

but keep trying lol....

The Heat need to prove a lot this year- because from the outside looking in- they went from the Finals to the lotto because Bron left.

Wade wasn't on any maintenance plan that I can remember last year.
He pulled one hamstring, then returned and pulled the other.
Then they pulled the plug until they felt he was totally healed and he was fine the rest of the way.

My bad. Thought I had read something about the Heat resting him like they had done the year before.

OK. I'll try, then you answer.

When's the last season going back to as far as we can(including high school), where he EVER finished the season on the court?

Hamstring injuries are a bitch to anyone and they happen.

His recurring issues are with his Knees and he got through that. So yeah, it was a pretty healthy year.

Irving can't even legally rent a car and he's got about 40 injuries on his resume.

Kyrie started 75 games. He isnt used to an extended regular season, playoffs.

The more depth the Cavs get, the less minutes the Big 3 have to play.

So you want to open that can of worms. What was the reason again for the Cavs losing the Finals?

seriously- the guy played top 10 minutes in the entire league last year and started 75 games. He has not once suffered an injury that would carry over. I am not worried about Kyrie in the slightest.

So where's this depth going to come from given that your salary cap is maxed out with 4 players?
