If we are being honest about it, DeVonta Smith is going to establish himself as the best WR in the league within the next 3 years.

You have -43 net points. Lowest in football.
What are you doing differently than the last place teams in 7 other divisions?

You're talking about preseason which our starters have played a total of 2 series across 2 games.

Meanwhile all reports are in the joint practices the Patriots starters were completely outclassed by the Eagles starters over those two days.

From the ball?

From every Patriots corner trying to cover him. Put them all on skates.

Watch this if you need to see for yourself. That video focuses on his route running from the game. Instant separation on every route.

3 plays where he immediately got separation on Patriots corners.
So he catches balls in practice. Check.
He gets seperation in games. Check.
Can't catch balls in game. Check.
Smitty, Rigor Mortis, and Queazy are best WR core in NFL with a receiving average of 37 percent is because of lineman. Check.

If you think Smith is going to have drop issues in the NFL then you're setting yourself up to look foolish.

Smith looks like a freak athlete, IE like every rookie non-QB picked in the 1st round. I haven't seen freak football ability with the ball in his hands. I'm sure it will come. A QB would definitely help. Flacco isn't a quality back-up from what I saw.

Not really. I'm not disputing whether he will be a qood QB or not.
I'm disputing you calling them the best WR core in NFL - when they have not shown it!
They will have to do a whole lot better than 37 percent!

First, I'm not discussing if Smith would be a good QB or not. I don't think he will ever play QB.

Second, I never said they were the best WR core in the NFL.

Stop drinking, it's only the afternoon.

Apologies on the typo. Hide behind it if you must.
The only funny thing here is that the Cowboys used to have and probably should still have but what we will see is that it is the Eagles who have the best WR core in the division with the best WR in the division. Enjoy 2nd place in the division because it is being handed down on January 6th, 2022 in week 18 on SNF in Philly against Dallas.

So where did I say they are the best WR core in the NFL?
you didn't cup cake.
you clearly said NFC East. Now...considering most every person who analyses this game would rank Dallas's receiving core somewhere in the top 5. Your over the top pep squad cheerleader statement got the attention you seek. It will just be another in a long line of wrong.

Eagles have a better WR core than the Cowboys.

Smith I do think will have a good rookie season but the rest of the WR core is garbage.

Eagles have a better WR core than the Cowboys.
Everyone besides you believes that the Eagles have one of the worst, if not the single worst WR corp in the NFL. It isn't even debatable that it is the single most unproven.

Your top two WR's consist of a guy with a career 31 catches for 396 yards and a rookie who has never taken a regular season snap. Therefore, your top two WR's have a career 31 catches for 396 yards and 1 TD.

Your probable #3 Travis Fulgham has 536 career yards. JJ Artcega Whiteside has 30 career targets for 14 catches 256 yards. Greg Ward has a career 81 catches for 673 yards.

So, let's see here... from an NFL performance standpoint. Leading the way is Greg Ward, probably your 5th WR with a career 673 yards. Fulgham (again - not even a starter) tops the list in terms of single season performances, with a JAW DROPPING 536 yards.

Collectively, heading into 2020, the Eagles WR corp has a grand total of 1,861 receiving yards over the course of 6 collective seasons. Averaging out to an EYE POPPING 310.6 yards per season (also a little over 2 TD's per year).

Do you feel that tremble non Eagles fans? That isn't an Earthquake. That's the sound of the rest of the NFL SHAKING AT THE KNEES over fear of the Eagles WR corp!!!

LMAO :pound::pound::pound:
