RB Ball WR Quick

For

WR Antonio Brown RB Vereen

Basic info: PPR, 16-team league…Desperate for a RB (had Peterson). I need a stud WR as well but am tempted to go for it.

Man, that looks like an even trade to me. I guess I like the Brown side a bit more but it would depend on the rosters.

PPR league, i would not trade Brown for a struggling Ball...

I would hope vereen becomes what we thought vereen would be...

i love Brown had him since day 1...yet quick is scoring enough 7 8 catches a game....and by years end Ball should be rolling way better than Vereen...risky but i too roll the dice...

I'm 3-1 but with AP out I feel I have to gamble…Hmm…

Great advice on both sides.

I'm not sure how to feel about it. Obviously I'm a big believer in Ball, but Denver really needs to fix the running game to make him valuable. . And Brown had just been a beast.

Through 4 weeks Brown is easily the best player in the deal. . But Ball could very well end up being better. Guess I'd call it a good trade, but a bit of a gamble

You need to ask for more 2 bench players for the number 1 receiver in ff is a season tanking trade

Being a Bronco fan Ball has definitely not lived up to potential. I will say though after 4-weeks of the season (only 3 played by Ball) he is actually 4th in the league for broken tackles. His problem is his OL has just been terrible. On about a 1/3rd of his run plays he has been hit behind the LOS. Part of that I do think is the teams they have played so far have been pretty good run defenses. The schedule does seem to ease up quite a bit and during the playoff time of fantasy football he could have some very favorable matchups.

So to me it is a risk but sometimes to win in Fantasy Football you have to take that one big gamble.

I'm high on Ball, and I'd still rather have Brown and Vereen in PPR.

This is an ignorant comment.

I like Ball a lot, but man, Brown is awesome. The deal to me hinges on the fact that I believe Vereen to be more valuable than Quick in PPR. I like Quick just fine, but given how well Brown has played and how poorly Ball has played, I would try to either get a more established WR or give a less valuable RB to complete this deal.

No way I would do that deal. Ball has never shown that he can be a #1 back. Not last year - Not this year. Brown - especially in ppr leagues - is a beast. Points are points regardless of whether they come from a WR or RB. I wouldn't give up a sure thing for a player who might turn out decent but probably won't.
