The Rangers (Glen Sather) are a bizzare team. They have no personality, and what I mean by that is what type of team are they trying to be? Their drafting, their trades, their free agent signings, there doesn't seem to be any real goal as to what type of team they are trying to assemble. That is why they keep finishing middle of the pack.

Rangers very unstable team. They can beat Caps or Flyers 7:0 then loose next games to any team. Probably their physical condition is lower than needed to succeed in this league. But let's worry about Devils. Scoring is a big problem. With D we have now - improved scoring would definitely lead to playoff.

I heard on the radio today that the Rangers actually raised ticket prices between 20-40% for next year. That's a tough sell when your on ice product is a borderline playoff team.

Either way, it looks like our road will go through them if we have any shot
