It's amazing what most coaches will put up with if it means wins.
I have no reason to think Pelini is any different.
I have no reason to think Pelini is any different.
i mostly just think he's a douchenozzle, and Bo wouldn't have played him til he got too humble to be effective
So strange that we didn't recruit Manziel. I know for a fact they saw him play bc him and Armstrong played each other multiple times. I wonder if we would have had a shot at him.
Because this thread has gone the toilet really fast with someone saying Taylor is the best ever and that all Nebraska has to do is throw short passes and then we will be 14-0.
So all I will add is, "useless as tits on a boar hog"? Well, I think it depends on how big the tits are.
Also, put down thee bottle Brasky.....
Johnny Manziel is better than a lot of QBs at the next level already. How dumb do ye think I am
And the award for dumbest post in recent memory goes to...
Completely disagree.
I agree with ya about Beck JJM but ya got to admit that you've drank so much red Kool-Aid that you're spewing red shit all over the place now.
The statistic that I was mentioning is a for real deal.
Who in the hell wouldn't take 7-8 yards a pop through the air? Especially when a guy like Kenny Bell will probably add on another 5 yards after catch.
I just see this Offense working in my head a lot differently than Time Beck does right now. I don't see it being on Oregon's level.......but I think we have playmakers all over the place and we don't let them make plays en sech
And yet I still want Tommy Armstrong to start...
-------I feel like I am the only one who didn't grab ahold of Tommy's nutsack after the SDSU game.
That Defense that he went up against that day pales in comparison to any Defensive unit that he faces in practice during the week......and that is sayin somethin cuz our Defense sucks.
All I'm sayin is, I got absolutely nothing out of that game. Taylor has experience coming from behind in big games and right now he is the more effective passer. He may not be the better passer technique-wise, but there is a reason he was #1 in the country the last 2 seasons when Beck kept the passing game within 10 yards of the line of scrimmage.
I liked the playcalling a lot better in that SDSU game......I think a healthy Taylor would have thrived in that setting.
Tommy looks promising mechanically, but I don't understand the nuthugging.
Sooo now we have the option of throwing passes longer than 10yds, am I doing this right?
