Cough... PAC... cough...
Calm down Lester. Oklahoma is top dog in the Big 12 and only relevant Big 12 team on the national scale. Texas has of course unlimited potential to be yearly dominance on a national scale, but at the moment its just Oklahoma.

Rest of your conference sucks though.

Yeah, I really wish Boren would just pull the trigger and get us the fuck out.

What conference would you want to join?
I'd say the B1G would be a good fit for them, but the B1G wont do it because it is already way too big and ridiculous that teams like Wisconsin/Michigan play each other like 2 times in 10 years given the new conference divisions...

Unless the B1G went unorthodox and did some sort of divisions where the traditional B1G teams are in one division minus maybe Purdue and Northwestern, and the new B1G additions are their own division.

It would work since I think we are headed to 4 16 team power conferences anyways.

I really hope this doesn't happen.

But if it did, yes, then Oklahoma to B1G would make sense. They would probably need Okie State to sign on board too for it to happen.

Nah. I think little brother has worn out their welcome.

Unfortunately I think this is true.

yep, the hissy fits from up Stoolwater way would be mistaken for one of our recent earthquakes.

Plus I'm pretty sure the state legislature wouldn't be thrilled, either.

I just don't see another conference wanting to add two teams from the same state.

Yes we got beat by fucking Kansas. It happens and it's fucking embarrassing. Before you became a fan of the Tide, Saban got beat by ULM in Tuscaloosa in his 1st year. I know, it's hard to believe, but it actually did happen. Losing to KU was embarrassing. The coach who was responsible has been fired.

The 94 in my username is my grad class sparky...

The Saban team that got beat by ULM was not very good...but still better than the Texas team that got beat by Kansas. At least ULM had 4 other FBS wins that year. I certainly wasn't making the claim that Alabama would run the table in the Big 12 in 2007...
