Dunno about that one. Maybe from the perspective of a Husker fan, but all scouts see is "hampered by knee injury entire senior season. Struggled to get healthy".

What I saw was a terrible decision to let him play way too early after what was a very serious injury...........and then finally they all pooled their brain power together and realized Rex needed to sit out a few games.

Hard for major ligaments to heal in one dadburned week en sech.

I have to disagree. That is not what happened.

No one could tell Rex no and he made a very poor decision on his own behalf.

I don't hold it against him, because he would have to be on his death bed to not go out and try to play.

Nebraska has always had guys excel at those drills. They have a long history of it. The thing is that with some of those numbers it normally equates to about a 4.4 40 with majority of players.

Yep but watch Taylor light the world on fire in his 40 and then have horrible cone drill/agility numbers.

I really would love to see how he looks throwing in that type of environment.

I really wouldn't be surprised if he was a top performer with how strong his arm is and how quick he gets the ball out.

He could turn some heads.


...Or fall flat on his face. That would be equally unsurprising. I have no doubt he will be invited as a quarterback though.
