Yesterday was a weird game because the weather conditions were pretty rough but Wentz simply was incapable of throwing the ball downfield. He barely even tried.

Granted, the Eagles receivers probably didn't give a lot of chances at a long play. But his few deep throws were ugly.

The eagles are finally to the easy part of their schedule. Other than the Cowboys (who they get at home) they should win every game left. If they don’t let’s hear the excuses.

The Dallas game is a must-win.
If the Eagles win that game and win out, they just need DAL to lose against one of BUF, @CHI, LAR.

If DAL beats PHI, DAL could potentially lose all three of those games and PHI would win the division.

Despite Wentz looking lost, there is still reason for optimism.

yeah, unless Dallas falls apart, the way i'm looking at it, Philly probably needs to win out to give themselves a decent chance of making the playoffs.

watching Wentz this year is simply watching a carbon copy week to week. All he wants to do is drop back and throw it a mile or hand the ball off to Jordan. He had little to no “situational awareness” that all great QBs have.

I will say this... the last 4 weeks the eagles have played some of the best defenses in the league (albeit some of them at home). He’s about to start playing a much softer schedule. Let’s see how he does there. Of course, @Iggloo and others criticize Dak and the cowboys for only putting up great numbers/beating softer teams but I’m SURE that won’t matter if the Eagles do exactly the same thing.

Plenty of Eagles fans were dismissing cowboys fans when they lost two starting offensive lineman but I see it’s a valid excuse when it happens to the Eagles.
