You do understand that all of the Eagle talk is in response to Eagle fans, don't you? It has nothing to do with your SB, it has everything to do with YOUR responses of getting your cock feathers all fluffed out after your SB. You do get that, don't you?
Not according to the Philadelphia media.

That's not what I said, you said you are confident he wont fall off, I want to know what leads you to believe that.

Well, Sixers have this game in control so back to the discussion.

Carson has already proven capable of completing a regular season. He suffered a major injury in year 2 that is often described as at least a year of recovery and still not fully back until another year after. I certainly can admit he was rushed back last year and cause of that had a compacted injury because of it. I feel confident a full 100% percent with a more cautious approach puts him back in 2017 mode.

Last year, even with a broke back and not fully healed from the leg he was still the best QB in the division and he’s shown 100% healthy he can produce at an MVP level.

So I can’t see him falling off outside of injury. His talent just won’t let it happen.

Well earlier I posted stats between Dak & Wentz. Now realizing those stats included Playoff games.
Feeling that is unfair since Wentz has never played in a playoff game.

here is three years of regular season games
Dak Prescott - 48 Games (32-16) - 975/1,475 (66.1%) - 10,876 Passing Yards (7.37 YPA) - 67 Passing Touchdowns - 25 Interceptions - 95.9 Rating - 944 Rushing Yards - 18 Rushing Touchdowns

Carson Wentz - 40 Games (23-17) - 923/1.448 (63.7%) - 10,152 Passing Yards (7.0 YPA) - 70 Passing Touchdowns - 27 Interceptions - 92.5 Rating - 542 Rushing Yards - 2 Rushing Touchdowns

So lets point out a few things.
Dak has less losses even though he played 8 games more.
Dak has more attempts but maintains a higher cmp. pct.
Passing yards very similar as well but remember someone making a huge deal about ypa when trash talking Dak. So I find it interesting he actually has a higher ypa than Wentz.
Wentz has more "passing" TDs than Dak in 8 less games, but in total TDs. Dak still has more 85 to 72.
Dak has less INTs in 8 more games.
Not that I give a shit about rating stats, but I will still mention it since PE1 loves the stat. Dak has a better rating than Wentz.
Rushing yards....... Well no one has ever argued about that. So I will leave that alone.

Again bottom line. The two are comparable.
It isnt one is a phenom & one is mediocre. (pedestrian or whatever)
If one isnt a Phenom. Well. Then either is the other.
If one is mediocre. Well. Then we are debating which is the better mediocre QB.
because as you can see. They are comparable.
But wait...... there's more!

The fact they are even comparable favors the Cowboys.
You see.
Dak cost the Cowboys a 2016 4th rd. pick.
Wentz cost the Eagles a 2016 1st round pick, 3rd round pick & a 4th round (three top 100 picks)
No wait. there is more!
Also cost them a 2017 1st round pick & you guessed it. there is still more.
2018 2nd round pick.

Advantage Cowboys!
(unless you are bringing the Browns into the conversation, in which you would say advantage Browns)

So I am ok with barely losing a comparison between Dak & Wentz for what it cost. if that was swapped.
Think of all the players the Cowboys wouldnt have just for the honor of handing Wentz crutches.
So if you ask a Cowboy fan.
Would take Wentz over
1st round was Zeke
4th was Dak
& our 2016 3rd rd. pick
2017 1st round pick
2018 2nd round pick.

Well at this point there is really no comparison.

Could only imagine all the players the Browns picked up with those picks & still landed Mayfield.

Except the Eagles got the 2017 first round pick back, and proceeded to use it on the guy that recovered the fumble that secured the SB.

Curious how Goff compared to Wentz (since that is what started PE1's legacy)

Carson Wentz - 40 Games (23-17) - 923/1.448 (63.7%) - 10,152 Passing Yards (7.0 YPA) - 70 Passing Touchdowns - 27 Interceptions - 92.5 Rating - 542 Rushing Yards - 2 Rushing Touchdowns

Jared Goff - 38 games played (24-14) 772/1243 (62.1%) 9581 passing yards (7.7 YPA) 65 Passing Touchdowns - 26 Interceptions - 94.7 Rating - 175 Rushing Yards - 4 Rushing Touchdowns

So again very Comparable. Even though PE1 thought everyone was stupid to even consider this.

Interesting tidbits.
A lot of Eagle fans (basically looking at PE1) likes to ignore the 1st year. Primarily because it was Daks best year & not a good one for Wentz.

Well when comparing Wentz to Goff this would be a huge mistake.
Goff didnt get to start until half way through the season (played 7 games & lost all of them)
Without the 2016 season.
Goff is 24-7! Starting 31 of 32 games. His 2016 season brings down all of his averages.
So as you can see. Of the three QBs questioned here. Goff has had the greatest up swing & still pointing up. He has gotten better every year.

got it back from the browns trade for Wentz?
Or in a completely different transaction? if from a different transaction. That doesnt change the cost for Wentz.

It does though, they traded a one in 2017 and got a one back while unloading a stiff player. A pick that would turn out to be a key cog in a SB win. I can’t see how that’s not a win.

not arguing it not being a good move. but has nothing to do with the Wentz trade. A completely different trade.
My point is what Wentz cost the team. Not every transaction the team made.

Right, that's something I can agree with, I think he will be fine if come back healthy and stay healthy, but that hasn't happened yet so it's still in a wait and see process

This is all made up nonsense. I never once commented on Wentz versus Goff so you made that all up.

Two I never ignored Daks start or his excellent rookie year so you made that all up too. I always hated when people just make shut up and accuse you of things you NEVER said.

Complete garbage.
