I thought I was finally good to go full speed tonight after 2 weeks of nursing the last tweak. Nope, first trip around the base path I popped it again rounding 2nd.

Apparently you need to do some stretching. Try setting the bong on the floor in front of you. When you can bend over and hit the bong without bending your knees, you'll be good to go.
