I've kind of liked Hamilton's attitude since he's come back.

First of all, when he's played, he's been good and productive. He's only played around 40 games, but he has hit 6 home runs and has collected 21 RBIs--for only 2 million bucks.

He hasn't said anything weird or bizarre, in fact, he's hardly said a word, period. Maybe since coming back, being injured and having to sit on the sidelines only getting to watch the other guys, hopefully its has brought his ego back down to Earth..a little. He sees them having fun and wants to be a part of it. He seems like he just wants to help out in any way he can. The last thing he wants to do is ruin their chemistry or become a distraction. I'm sure Banister is making sure everyone is on the right course. It sounds like he knows how to get the best out of these guys. Maybe Hamilton will sort of be like be our Kirk Gibson. As long as he can hobble to the plate and give us a big hit, its all good.

That's my positive spin on Hamilton anyway.
