I agree but the funny thing is that just by playing with Wade & Bosh, he can easily run into 8-12 PPG without even having a post game due to Wade playmaking ability, catchin ally oops, & garbage basket from offensive rebounds.

As long as he can block & rebound, the scoring is just an additional bonus

Dude is tall, long, and strong. A lot of times guys his size and length lack the upper body strength. This dude looks pretty strong. It will be interesting to watch him develop.

With Wade and Bosh his scoring is a bonus. But as tall and as long as he is, if he adds some low post moves to his game.. we wont be talking about 8-12 ppg, we will be talking about 20+ppg. This kid gets a low post game and starts hitting free throws even in the mid 60s percentage, he will be unstoppable. Especially in the very weak center position East.

Drafted by the Kings in 2010 in 2nd round. Bounced around the D-League, Lebanon, and China. Even was sent to the D-League this season by Miami, because even Miami had no idea what they had on their hands early on. He looks like a player. Hopefully this isn't a Jeremy Lin flash in the pan month or two.

I believe we could. East is still wide open. Bulls/Cavs/Hawks clearly the best of the bunch. Toronto/Washington next tier down for me. Miami is 3rd tier team right now. But if Whiteside can be a double/double guy, then Miami has as good a front court as anyone in the East.. with exception of Cleveland (because LeBron). Wade/Bosh/Deng/Whiteside pretty solid group that all play D. We would have a punchers chance to come out of the East. Although, at the end of the day I think it will be Chicago or Cleveland.

The PG upgrade is a problem. I am not sure of the solution.. because what do we have to offer? We cant lose Deng. Ennis has just been a bust. I mean Cole and some draft picks for an expiring contract? Don't know. We should have got DJ Augustine.

FWIW, I think the Heat should be a win now team. Wade is 33, 2016-2017 season he will be 35. Waiting till then to make your run will put the window of opportunity on Wade very small. I love Wade.. all time favorite player. But we have nothing behind him at SG right now. We really need to think about addressing the quality of guards on this team soon.
