We haven't greyshirted anyone since last year.
So you haven't greyshirted anyone since last year's recruiting class?

Saban probably has killed people.
This was shady.
Although, I have to imagine there's been at least a hint prior to today. Seems odd that it would be fine one minute and his offer is pulled the next. Conversations have to have happened before this -- right?
But hey, at least he didn't kill anyone like Brian Kelly.....
Which would be a good argument if it was more than, IDK, maybe more than a year since it's happened. We haven't greyshirted anyone since last year.
Fixed it -- meant more than a year.

It's a scummy practice all around IF not explained to the recruit well in advance. IE -- the recruit is offered a greyshirt offer from the start. Why do you care all of the sudden that Bama has grayshirted? This past season I told you that Bama, Colorado & Kansas State have all done that before. Oddly enough you said that Colorado & Kansas State weren't big enough programs so they didn't count. And when I mentioned Bama you had no comment. Of course ya jumped right up on your high-horse & bitched that Ohio State has done the same thing in the past though.
You guys just don't get it an SEC team does then it is shady if a Big 10 school does it then it is perfectly ok and part of the process. Geez you would think you guys would have this down by now.
Let's be honest here though you have very little regard for the actual universities and have an almost NFL mindset when it comes to the college game. You would be perfectly fine if the players didn't even have to go to classes and CFB just turned into a minor league NFL feeder system.I support every bit of it.
Oversigning, medical scholarships, Greyshirting, preferred walkon(blue shirting I guess) and so on.
It's not only in the best interest of the schools, but it's also in the best interest of the kids in general. It allows more opportunity for more kids, and even the ones who are "cut" still transfer and get to finish their educations.
The day kids lose their opportunity to get an education in this whole deal is when I'll change my mind. But I have yet to see a single kid actually hurt by these practices.

To me there has to be some honor, integrity along with protection for the student athlete within the process. I'm not saying that some of this stuff is not being done with the best intentions and by agreement of both parties because it certainly happens but just "processing" kids to get someone better is not something that should be going on.
Hahaha I do have my limits. Once that ink is on paper he is good for 4 years. Unless he does something like failing class or a crime or something like that to lose his degree and being slower than a new guy is not a reason.Welcome to the dark side...next you'll be giving your seal of approval to gray shirting and medical hardships.
One can do something wrong without being shady.Still waiting to hear Harbaugh is shady...
How many wrongs does he get before he is shady? Is there a number, 2, 3 ,4? I ask because Harbs is past the one mark. One can do something wrong without being shady.
