Agreed. In my opinion, it was a little much, but if they only did 6, people would have wondered if that was too lenient. In giving 10 games, they will not leave people wondering if they are too lenient (at least in this case).

The evidence for the crime was there. Read her court testimony. The judge agreed there was something there when he found him guilty. Fortunately for him, the trial by judge was nothing more than a probable cause hearing. Once he was convicted, he had his "oh shit" moment & paid her off before there was a trial by jury.
