So the four instances the NFL elaborated on simply weren't enough for a prosecutor to file charges? I understand the woman later failed to cooperate, but reading the NFL's findings shows pretty clearly that physical attacks took place, and why she's not willing to cooperate when the report says she has been traumatized as a result of the attacks is beyond me, other than the obvious reason, a payout of some sort. Seems to me the DA's office could have gone forward with the prosecution.

luckily i said he would get a game or so reduced off the 10

and if youre still suspended, you didnt win anything.

last time i appealed something and won, i got it removed. ive also lost appeals...i.e getting a speeding ticket simply reduced from $300 to $150.

i still paid a fine, still had pts on my license...thats not winning to me.

I still think 6 games is fair. Since he is a Cowboy I'd love it to be reduced down to like 2 games, but looking at it objectively I couldn't complain if it were 6. 10 after missing all of last year is kind of crazy IMO. I mean Josh Brent got 10 games and he killed someone...

Both AP and Hardy basically were out all last year and now AP is back week 1.
