The only way there can be a win in this case is if Goodell is gutted like a pig and left to rot down by the landfill being eaten by cockroaches.
Depends upon the state laws.....So the four instances the NFL elaborated on simply weren't enough for a prosecutor to file charges? I understand the woman later failed to cooperate, but reading the NFL's findings shows pretty clearly that physical attacks took place, and why she's not willing to cooperate when the report says she has been traumatized as a result of the attacks is beyond me, other than the obvious reason, a payout of some sort. Seems to me the DA's office could have gone forward with the prosecution.
I had this very same discussion with my wife. Seems the "holier than though crowd" can't understand the larger satisfaction:I don't know her financial situation. Which helps her more? Locking him up or getting a wheelbarrow full of cash?

Some smart people believe when Greg Hardy's appeal is said and done, suspension could be reduced to anywhere from 2 to 6 games. We'll see.
not blow out, but have issues with them. And then he'll blow out his hamstrings?

happens about 80% of the time when someone sits out.

Asshole in jail or 2 million in pocket. You can beat the shit out of me for $2 million!
(I'd probably negotiate)
Hardy reportedly got into a fight with a teammate, Davon Coleman, in Dallas during conditioning drills. It think it didn't get physical though because teammates broke it up. But...this is going to get Tebow level media coverage!
And in your mind this is not winning his appeal?
luckily i said he would get a game or so reduced off the 10I think you quoted the wrong post but i was thinking the same thing when I read the below. It's pretty much the definition of WINNING YOUR APPEAL...

and if youre still suspended, you didnt win anything.
how am i backtracking?I guarantee if his suspension is reduced it will be determined Hardy WON his appeal. I do love the backtracking mode you're already in.
and josh gordons been suspended 35 times for smoking a plant.I still think 6 games is fair. Since he is a Cowboy I'd love it to be reduced down to like 2 games, but looking at it objectively I couldn't complain if it were 6. 10 after missing all of last year is kind of crazy IMO. I mean Josh Brent got 10 games and he killed someone...
