pretty awesome list.
I am sure if you consider certain things they brought to the table over other things, you could jumble that top ten a bit, but now you are splitting hairs. but those are a solid ten names.

I think if Lombardi is your #1 then someone like Shula should probably tumble to about #9. If you factor in longevity then you'd probably flip the results.

Shula had only 2 losing seasons out of 26 with the Dolphins. After him, Miami would go on to have 8 more seasons before a losing season. So, that's 2 losing seasons from 1970-2003 for the Fins.

Shula also had a winning season for all 7 he coached for the Baltimore Colts. So he had 2 losing seasons out of 33, in total.

The top 3 are pretty interchangeable, with sizable drop-off thereafter. My preference is Brown @ #1: boat-load of championships and none did more for the modern game, a true pioneer.

I agree with most of your list but would move Halas into a Top 4 interchangeable.

Agreed, I have Halas a bit low, they're all worthy. A top 5 would have been just as tough.

I don’t understand your nonsense. He’s faaaar from a great coach. Just because I think Wentz is a stud that doesn’t mean I think everyone and everything in Philly is perfect. I said Howie is a great capologist but far from great at drafting. But you aren’t here to have discussions you’re here to start drama.

Yeah he also coached 1 SB win.

So I guess that makes him a better coach than BB?

Am I right?

what happened the only time they went head to head in a super bowl?

Decent list, but the order is wrong. Naturally, you let your homer glasses put Lombardi in the #1 slot and I'll bet everyone saw that coming.

I'll fix it for you;

1. Bill Belichick
2. Paul Brown
3. Bill Walsh
4. John Madden
5. Joe Gibbs
6. That guy in Green Bay
7. Chuck Noll
8. Tom Landry
9. Don Shula
10. George Halas
