Belichick is going nowhere unless he retires. Eberflus, Rivera and Staley are all probably gone and I don't see McDermott getting fired unless something really drastic happens.

If he doesn't want to give up the GM duties (and I can't see Bill wanting to do that) he may well end up somewhere else, especially if another team offers to trade picks for Bill. Kraft may be ready to move on.

Kinda surprised actually they pulled the trigger on Reich.

He hasn't been that successful as their GM lately.....think Kraft wants to relieve him of those duties and just have him coach....or maybe he totally wants to move in a new direction and just get rid of him altogether.

If the Bills don't make the playoffs Sean McDermott will have completely missed the Super Bowl window while the Bills had all their chips on the table. Only a matter of time now until the salary cap bill comes due.

I think they'll all get fired.

The Buffalo situation is interesting, though, because technically their defense is 6th ranked right now. If you could convince people that the team has just been unlucky then I think McDermott stays. That said, I also think you can actually point to a variety of late game scenarios where McDermott got outcoached over the years. My gut says that will be enough to see him fired and he'll end up DC somewhere

This team was never gonna go anywhere this year.

The Cleveland owners did the same thing when they took over, just went with coach for the year until they figured out there needed to be some kind of continuity.

I'm not surprised at all because Reich is rumored to have a QB type and was rumored to be all-in on CJ Stroud and they drafted Bryce Young instead. They dont have their #1 pick next year and they are in the worst division in football so Im sure ownership thought they were a playoff team.

That's an awful assessment of that team. They're really bad...(now that I posted that I'm sure they'll get win 2 vs Green Bay)

Kraft has the balls, already called Belichick a schmuck for spygate, I'd be surprised if they didn't trade him after this season. If it was Jonathan's decision, BB would have been gone already. Paying this guy 27 mill a year for 2-9 season, losing season last year etc etc. If Kraft didn't step in on Brady/Garoppolo decision and let Bill keep a brittle QB that lasted 6 Quarters here, Pats would have only 3 Lombardi's instead of 6

They are really bad but Im not sure ownership was thinking that at the start of the year.

There is a really good argument that Reich was a bad fit for the team. This guy gets into it about 4 minutes in
