See there you go, calling me one. The only reason I brought it up with her, is bc she actually admitted she was one. On the other hand, when you KNOW I am not one, you are just trying to start something.

Back to the NBA Finals discussion :suds:
When did i admit to being anything other than a FAN??? Stop trying to drag me into your ridiculousness.

You've been given several reasons, even from sources outside of SH, but shoot them down and refuse to consider any of them valid. What else would you like?

Yes, but people seem to ignore the fact that if Love doesn't get hurt... both are available. Its not Love or Tristan. Its Love and Tristan, or just Tristan. Its Kyrie and Delly, or just Delly.

Meaning, we have Love/Kyrie when we need offense... Tristan/Delly when we need defense... and... best of all...

wait for it....

depth!
Mothafuckers actually think we are better off without Love and Kyrie? :L

No.
Let's be clear.
That's not the case. I don't think anyone is saying the Cavs roster is better without them.
However, what currently is working on the court is happening without them.

I'll correlate it to the Rockets 20+ point comeback vs the Clippers.
Does anyone think the Rockets are better without Harden?

Not sure how much cash the Cavs would have with no Love next season, but if it is 2OM they could spend elsewhere then they seriously should consider it.

I think if we win the series the FO takes a serious, hard look on wether to keep the guy. I think Love is a good player and just needed time to adjust. He went from being the T-Wolves main guy to being #3 on the Cavs. Not the easiest transition but towards the end her started to fit in.

I'm split to be honest. You traded a young talent so it seems like we almost have to keep him but at the same time that money could possibly useful elsewhere. I don't think any Cavs fans will be mad if we keep him tho as he is a good talent.

Rockets aren't better without Harden but I just don't see a Harden/Howard led team ever winning it all. Seems like Houston and the Clippers are in a limbo right now. They are both great regular season teams but right now their rosters aren't good enough for that championship win unless they can make an amazing run and get some luck on the match ups as well

Jones would destroy Love in a game of horse.
Matter of fact I'll take him and you can have the field.
He would cause no one is guarding you in horse. JJ has no threat on the dribble though and his age shows out on the court.

Same with Mike MIller. He played what 7 min in g2 and was already hobbling :pound:

Not in this ERA, one of the greatest stories of all-time, talking about Finals stories and having no all-stars all that. Well that was the discussion an all-time great team
I dont agree with that. Its not like they are beating some super team thats been great. THese are 1st time Final appearance team, a young team that hasn't gotten this far. I disagree big time on your comment.

Man these Cavs fans are really drinking the Kool aid with some of these statements. This is why people want them to lose because of their crazy fan base. Just sit back and enjoy the moment. LBJ like most will say is the best in the game he should expect to win. U are beating a team who had a very great year but people forget this is their 1st time here. In this Era 1st appearance team has not one the championship. Would it be impressive yes but to say all time great is just crazy talk.

Losing Love and Irving would have devastated most other teams. The Cavs have played surprisingly well without them.
They have and its very impressive but lets not make it seem like they are Wade and Bosh. These players never won anything in the NBA for a reason. Again Impressive but not Greatest finals win ever. Like I said if this were the spurs then yes but this is GS 1st time making it to the Finals.

I would say they are better with out Love(he doesn't fit in and many people have stated this) because of Thompson but no way better off with Irving. Losing Irving was Big. That is where LBJ lost his side kick.

I agree 100%, No need to have love. Spend money elsewhere and retool your bench. Thompson is what LBJ needs. I rather have Thompson, JR and Iman or Tompson and Moz(just threw out a couple of names) over Love because that is what will happen if you sign Love to a Max. U will lose a lot. U are showing u don't need him. Why waste your money on Love. U can build a better team with out and add some nice pieces.

Where I disagree and where @gordontrue made a good point is we COULD USE BOTH of them. TT might fit better in the lineup but there is not reason both could make the lineup or at least get significant #'s. Not to mention it'd give us depth that we lack.

That I can agree with you but if he never got hurt u would never have known about Thompson and then u lose his energy. I can agree with you some what on this.

With the Dunce that Blatt is, I agree we may not know about TT.

Since Love's injury he has (roughly) gotten 15 more min a game and 6 more boards a game.

He was still getting 25.5 min with Love though

Quite a few NBA analysts picked GS to win this series.
