He can go from looking like a top-10 guy one week to shouldn't even be on a practice squad the next. I watched plenty of games where I thought just maybe this kid could be something and then he would have about 2-3 throws a game that remind you why he can't cut it.

I wonder if AD fell down in that scrum & lost his helmet & someone stomped on his face with their cleats if they would think that player should be suspended? Can you ask certain Rams fans this when you talk to them? Or is it just practice?

All I can think of right now is: just how bad is Drew Lock

Pete is an old-school defensive head coach so he'd rather a QB that's lukewarm than one that might have some higher highs but much lower lows.

Ultimately Pete just wants his QB to hand the ball off to the RB a majority of the time and make a handful of throws a game to keep the chains moving.
