51 pitches through 3 for Hudson.

One of the things I loved about Jeff Kent is he seemed to always come through with a runner at third and less than two outs.

I was really sorry to see Burks go.

Such an underrated move: Hamilton for Burks.

Aside from protection in the lineup, he provided a nice buffer between Bonds and Kent. Most of their feuding came after Burks left the team.

HUGE AB by Whitey...saw 5 pitches and gets Cainer up. This makes me happy.

70 pitches through four for Hudson...we got a very good chance to get into that soft bully if we remain patient in the fifth.

Totally. I've got no feel for the game and have never ridden in a private jet. Besides, we all know the only stats you need are BA and W-L record.
