As far as Miggy, I recall him having a pretty killer August and September while the rest of the Padres were shitting the bed. That was with the bat, however. His range was limited, and I think that cost San Diego more than an 0 for 4 at the plate. We shall see. Sosa for Jack Wilson? Would it have to be Surkamp? Don't hit me, cal, but I don't think I'd be opposed it.

Surkamp, I think, is developing into a serious ++ prospect (Not a Bum/Timmeh/Wheeler type) and should not be thrown away for a dime-a-dozen type defensive SS.

I would have no prob with Sosa for Wilson, though. Not thrilled, but we aint giving anything, so it couldn't hurt.
