It's nice to see Timmeh's 95 mph fastball back. It's been a couple years eh?

He is just so nasty and it never get old to say it. He's got the big fastball back, the changeup that won him 2 Cy Youngs, the slider that has already become one of the best pitches in the league that he only picked up last September and the big hook that got him here in the first place.

We are so lucky.

Yes indeed. Every so often, I remind myself that Timmeh (at the very least the Timmeh we have right now) will not be around forever. We'll all be telling our grandchildren about him, no matter what he does over the rest of his career.

I was looking at him tonight and saying...someday number 55 is a lock to be retired.
