Nice opening series, even though we came out of it kinda beat up.

On the postgame Flannery noted that Crawford needs to stay fresh to hit well, that when he gets tired his bat disappears, and maybe Duffy being solid gives Craw a few more days off to stay fresh...that makes Bochy's job EASIER son!

Well Partners..the boys mounted up again tonight and showed why they are Three Time Champs. So many injuries..Belt,Pence,Peavy,and Cain..shit I was expecting Kruk or Kuip to pull a groin in the broadcasting booth and SCREAM ..Somebody get me a Doctor. Giants fans are scratching their heads wondering who could be next ..but the Giants just keep on keeping on. The spirit on this team never wavers. Bochy is the rock and lets his team roll. A team full of soul ..that's why we love em' in San Francisco.

Wednesday night in the Arizona desert a fresh faced rookie stood tall...grabbed his steel and mounted up for the Regulators. He got the feeling of riding with Championship blood and he savored every moment. The new kid on the ranch is named Big Hoss Heston and the kid did his thing throwing 6 innings ..twirling his gun around daring someone to knock a battery off his shoulder. He gave up 3 H and 2R ..none of which were earned. He struck out 5 and walked 2 hitters. He was a little wild ..but the kid is still learning how to shoot straight. He now owns a 1-0 record in the Wild West and earned a beer shower after the game with his other Regulators.

On offense the Giants rustled up 14 hits and 5 runs. Aoki ..who handles the bat like Bruce Lee handles a set of Nun Chucks went 3-4 with a RBI and run scored. He has a fat ass .429 average to start the 2015 campaign. Duffy went 2-4 and is making it tough on Bochy to keep him on the bench. Crawford continues to scorch the earth with his bat and glove. He went 2-5 with 2 runs scored and 2 RBI's. He has a .385 average after his first series of the year. The Man of the night on offense was McGEEZER McGehee the local boy from Santa Cruz who has come home and he loves home cooking. He cooked Wednesday night going 2-5 with 2 runs scored and a huge 2 run HR in the 9th to seal the deal.

The Bulls in the Pen were all riled up to do their job..and they shined like usual. Machi and Romo each held for a inning and Casilla had his 2nd save of the year already. Giants win 5-2 and take the first series in Zona. It's a 2-1 start as bodies fall but their spirit stands tall. Time to take a happy flight to San Diego and watch the Pads trip and fall. he he....Somebody get me a Doctor and a beer. Great effort by the boys in Zona. Huddy gets his chance to ride Thursday. Rock N' Roll..lets go ! Yeah !

If Heston can lock down a rotation spot this year, that would be HUGE.

You know there is no way the 5 we started with will give us 140 starts between them this year...

So use 6. Bum pitches every 5th game, the others every 6th.
