Reviewed the Qualls/Torres play. It didn't appear to me that Qualls was intentionally blocking the plate. The way Qualls went in though, he left himself vulnerable. He's kinda lucky he didn't get a knee into his pitching shoulder. And after the out was recorded, the stare down was more significant to me than the spike, and it was definitely bush, but it's something that Torres needs to deal with.
