You are right, but 3rd and 11 is a tough D and D.

It's especially tough at that part of the red zone. Not much room to clear out the defenders, but too far for a short ball and RAC.

I know, I think this rule change is going to set a record for kickoff returns this year. Because taking away that 10 yard running start for the cover team seems to put them at a tremendous disadvantage.
