Vernon Davis - TE - 49ers

Vernon Davis (hamstring) is practicing in full this week.

Davis is over his hamstring issue, as evidenced by his eight-catch, 180-yard, two-score effort against the Cardinals last Sunday. With Jimmy Graham on a bye this week, Tony Gonzalez and Davis are the top two fantasy tight ends.

ok, similar to the Arizona game, and guess similar to last week's Titan's vs Seahawks game.

we all wish we'd just start scoring in the 1st quarter, but the reality is otherwise. will we get turnovers again?

I sure hope so and believe they will. The Niners defense feasted on Fitzpatrick the last time they played against him (45-3 Niners @ the Stick). Granted, these are totally different teams- but I could see Fitzpatrick having a very difficult day (unless Locker is healthy enough to play).

Kenny Britt - WR - Titans

Coach Mike Munchak claims he wants Kenny Britt to play 20 snaps a game.

Britt played two snaps in Week 6 and the Titans have been fielding trade calls. Yet Munchak won't give up the positivity. "He needs to play more. He needs to get 20 snaps," Munchak said. "I'd like to give him opportunities to make plays. Maybe he's not starting, and maybe he's not in the starting groups. But he needs to be in the mix, because the guy still has talent." We're not buying these claims from Munchak. The only reason to roster Britt is if you're in a deep league and can stash him in case he's traded to somewhere like Detroit.

Jake Locker (hip, knee) remained limited in Thursday's practice.

Locker isn't playing this week, but is reportedly "throwing the ball well" in practice. Locker's best-case scenario remains returning after the Titans' Week 8 bye.

The 49ers have scored 30-plus points four times this season. Only Denver (six) has more 30-plus point games this season. The 49ers have scored 30-plus points in three straight games for first time in 10 years. That’s pretty impressive considering the lack of receiving weapons in San Francisco.
