Quinton Dial - DL - 49ers

49ers activated NT Quinton Dial (toe) from the reserve/NFI list.

A fifth-round pick from Alabama, Dial missed the first six weeks while recovering from toe surgery. He'll provide defensive line depth with Glenn Dorsey (hamstring) and Ray McDonald (biceps) questionable for Sunday's game. Dial can play both nose tackle and five-technique end in the the 49ers' 3-4 defense.

Jon Baldwin - WR - 49ers

Jon Baldwin (illness) is listed as questionable for Week 7 against the Titans.

Baldwin was demoted back into a rotational player in Week 6, coming off the bench behind Kyle Williams to catch one ball for nine yards. Baldwin can be dropped in 14- and 16-team leagues with Mario Manningham coming back soon.

Jake Locker - QB - Titans

NFL Network's Ian Rapoport reports the Titans expect Jake Locker (hip) to start Sunday's Week 7 game against the 49ers.

This comes as a surprise. Locker was listed as questionable on the injury report after getting in limited practices this week. However, beat writers observed Locker with a noticeable limp in Friday's session. He was carted off the field in Week 4 and looked like he was going to miss more than three weeks. Ryan Fitzpatrick lost both of his starts in Locker's place. Locker is a low-end QB2.

Jake Locker - QB - Titans

Jake Locker (hip) is active and will start Sunday's Week 7 game against the 49ers.

Locker made quite the recovery. After injuring his hip in Week 4, it was initially thought he would miss close to two months. Instead, Locker missed two starts and the Titans went 0-2 with Ryan Fitzpatrick under center. Inactive for the Titans are OLB Zaviar Gooden, MLB Moise Fokou, T Byron Stingily, QB Rusty Smith, LB Patrick Bailey, C Rob Turner, and DE Derrick Morgan.

I felt like we had a legit chance to win this game with Ryan Fitzpatrick if we didn't insist on him putting the ball in the air on 75% of plays and if we could establish a run game on the shoulders of Jackie Battle.

In other words, we had no chance.

Jake Locker playing changes all that.

As one of the FEW Locker fans on this board, I agree with that. IF he's 100%.
