Anyone else discouraged at all the "We are back" talk by the players following the Rams beat down?

Almost sounded like them trying to convince each other of it

I wasn't a huge fan of it. It was a good win for the Niners, given their trouble with the Rams last year. But the Rams are really bad right now. The Niners need to stay hungry and come out swinging.

If the Niners stick with the power run to open up the pass then I think they will be in a good position. If they go back to all the cutesy horsehit they tried against Seattle and Indy it will be a blowout.

Doubtful. It was mostly post game. I think they did mostly mean the power football is back but it just sounded pathetic coming from a 1-2 team beating the lowly Rams.

You think every single quote is recorded? Did you watch the telecast and interviews post game. Especially by the TNF panel?

5 wide just to mix it up. Im saying like maybe a couple times during the game. Yes power football but Houston is going to preparing for the power football.

Also with the 5 wide I mention it looks like we are going for a running play because we have 2 TEs out there and a RB. Houston wouldn't have the right package out there.

Brian Cushing - LB - Texans

Texans ILB Brian Cushing (concussion) is expected to be ready for Week 5.

Cushing reportedly passed his concussion tests during Sunday's loss to the Seahawks, but doctors erred on the side of caution and didn't let him back into the game. He shouldn't have a problem getting through the protocol this week. Cushing leads the Texans with 25 tackles, and also has 1.5 sacks, four tackles for a loss, one interception returned for a touchdown and one forced fumble.
