Not sure if the Commies can keep this up vs. good defenses. Both Philly and the Rams miles better than the Bucs or banged up Lions. But damn, that was impressive and a lot of fun. It's truly great for the fans of a franchise that had to endure Dan Snyder for all those years. Sadly, the Lions fans have to be on the other side as they have also had a lot of lean years and this was supposed to be their time. But that's the game. No excuses, just got whooped an this given weekend. Congrats to Commie (Skins) fans. Ironic that this year and last year these two teams make it to the CG for the first time since 91 when they played each other.

I went into the season rooting hard for the Lions, obviously I never saw this out of Washington. But I won't lie, after Ben Johnson had his agent call Washington team officials when they were on the plane to interview him to tell them he was no longer interested last night was pretty satisfying. Dumb ass could have coached Jayden Daniels, now he's probably off to Oakland.

I'm kinda leaning that way but division rivals and they hung with the Eagles earlier this season so you never know. Saquon dominated both match-ups and given how Gibbs looked unstoppable most of last night, they will need to score a bunch again vs. the Eagles like they did in the second match-up.
Having said that, I have a weird feeling the Rams actually win tonight. Not based on anything, mind you. Just a gut feeling.

Curious though I wonder what the preseason odds were for the Commanders to be in this position? I can only imagine if you took them on a prop bet you made some very good money.

Not sure I understand this. We are still in house money mode, they can lose 100-2 and this was still a great season and nothing can dimish going to Detroit and beating a 15-2 team in the playoffs.

They beat the Lions by beating them at their own game. I loved how aggressive our coaches are.

The deep pass to Dyami Brown was as good a throw as you can make. Jayden Daniels is not just a franchise QB, Dak and Herbert are franchise QBs. No he is special and when you have a special QB well things can look very different moving forward.

Come on... if Washington defense gives up 100 points I very much doubt they are getting a safety... try and be a little realistic

Congrats on landing Daniels... looks like he will be a good one. Unfortunately lost my fantasy final because of him (because Falcons game went to OT) despite having Barkley and L. Jackson.
