Gabbo may not be back in time for POs

Kings' Marian Gaborik might not be back for the start of playoffs

Sitter made the statement that he is not interested in playing guys in the POS that can't play in regular season games. Does that mean that Gabbo will not appear in the playoffs?

I think he could just be blowing smoke, no way he doesn't insert him or Versteeg in. Both have experience and can help out. Brown is dragging down Kopis line so I think having those two back in the PO can only add to any sort of success.

Sounds like a Sutter motivation tactic for certain. Gaborik is too skilled to sit it out but I also see his point, the team made it this far without him and the guys who have played deserve to keep playing.

However, he is s T6 forward and not a B6 player and it's not like he was demoted, he got injured. Hopefully Sutter is just saying that to get him into higher gear to get ready.
