So public opinion actually matters? Could have fooled me. If that was true then there are many people who should be pariahs in the world that are not.

I heard on sports talk radio this morning that it was going to be brought back up under Title 9 of the NCAA. But by the time Winston gets though with the season, the investigation will be over. Of course there's the court case. But who knows.

I read similar thoughts on the Duke Lacrosse players a few years back by opinionated people such as yourself and they were reading comments from the internet and stories that were printed in the media and internet and guess what? Turns out the allegations had no basis for fact.

Unless you actually witnessed yourself any events surrounding the alleged r*pe, then you cannot make the claims about that person that you are with any accuracy. his actions after the Title game with the crab legs were the act of a stupid kid, but certainly nothing to make a claim he is a steaming pile of shit as a human being. Umm....NO. I have said from the get go that if he did it(notice the part about being proven guilty) they should hang his nuts on the wall. I unlike you and many others do not pass judgement on ANY person I do not know(minus the Authority based upon the manner in which he posts). I do not care if it is a player from Florida or Miami.
