Well, Jameis has at least one person here rooting for him.

I think he's fucking scum...or maybe he's really a Viking with all of the stealing, raping en sech.

Not rooting for him. Just stating what is and what isn't. If he is expelled then Sean Maguire has to step in and do his job. Nothing more...Nothing less.

In b4 The Authority comes in claiming Winstons absolute guilt and the blaming it all on t-shirt fans.

The SEC is involved in this somehow.

They're looking for a way to get that non-SEC National Championship off the books. :director:

Lord Saban's sinister agents move in the shadows.

I like that FSU punished the roommate for peeping before investigating Winston.

What I don't get is why they are doing this now and making it public during football season. The case aside, it seems like a shitty public relations strategy.

Must be hot on your trail as well with you being so judgemental without all the facts.

I'm sure karma will find you soon as well.:noidea:

due diligence/title IX. if they had done this in the beginning, it would be done with by now.

similar to OU and Frank Shannon, except that OU did not hesitate and FSU has.

pretty simple, really....

Oh so you are claiming Winston has done no wrong at all as of late?

That whole Thievery thing was just made up?

There are enough facts for me to make my own judgements thank you.

You may continue to bury your head in the sand.

BTW, I don't steal and I don't assault women, so not really worried one bit about the Karma that is coming after Winston.

I made no claims towards his guilt or innocence either way, so my head is firmly planted on my shoulders still and enjoying a nice sunny day in the land of cotton. Its hot, buts it sure is a nice outside sitting on the lake, no sand in sight from here.

Doubt it. He was never ineligible to play. By FSU rules had he been charged by the SA then he would have been ineligible to compete.
He may never have been charged with a crime. And FSU may never had been obliged to remove him from the team. But he is still a POS of a human being.

My sources tell me they've got not one, not two, but three investigators on this:

OK. You are entitled to your opinion of him, but remember your opinion of him is as about as important as everyone else's. Of no importance at all.

Let's get something straight here. FSU interviewed the accuser last month. FSU itself stated in its press release that the timing of all investigations is up to the accuser. The accuser did not offer up her detailed account until FSU initiated it. THe accuser is still enrolled at FSU, but taking her classes online. Now take this for what it is worth, but here is a tweet from a rep of Winston's attorney.

Also it should be noted that the accuser and her Title IX attorney were not upset at the Casher and Darby findings. Now I do have a question about this. She testified at those Code of Conduct hearings. Since her account is on the record for those why do they need to interview her again? Just wondering. Due to FERPA we can never know what was said in those hearings. Anyone have any idea why her testimony in those two cases is not used for a Code of Conduct charge and hearing on Winston?

maybe not his opinion by itself but if his opinion is the same opinion that the majority has which I believe it is, then it does carry some importance.
