Tully is trade bait IMO. I suggested this months ago. Now look where we are. You dont pay a guy half a mill after informing him he was not being brought back just to cut him. Getting interesting to see if we move up in the draft and who we would target. We dont have our starting CB yet.

This, or keeping him as insurance because nobody knows the true fate of Levy? I would keep him even after the bonus and if you get some LBs in the draft you can then cut him.
