Old Lion
Pay no attention to that man behind the curtain
Lions signed S Rafael Bush, formerly of the Saints, to a one-year contract "worth up to" $2.4 million.
If he can stay healthy, Bush should be able to compete for a starting role in the secondary, but staying healthy has been an issue. Bush spent almost all of 2015 on injured reserve with a pectoral tear and ended 2014 on injured reserve with a broken leg. He will turn 29 in May.

BQ has been making some nice, under the radar signings this off-season. Just what I was hoping for.
Also on the positive side, Bush is running out of body parts left to injure. He is one of those tweener safeties that can do more than 1 thing and possibly be involved in sub packages as well.
We now have I Johnson, Carey, and Wilson behind Quinn and Bush. Not sure we will go with 5 safeties, but At least we will not be scraping the bottom of the barrel in July looking for depth. I dont expect all these guys to make it. Maybe this is finally the year Carey runs out of gas. Dude always seems to step up when challenged though.
